Chef's Menus
 

We have two menu options for you to choose from if you decide to have our chef prepare meals for you during your stay. Everything is home made, from the sauces to the salad dressings, and absolutely delicious! Both menus have been personally designed by our chef just for you.

Our gourmet meals are prepared on-site by the award-winning Quick-Cater.

  • Our chef has over 28 years of experience in the food services and hospitality industry.
  • Her business has been voted "Small Business of the Year" for 2006 in Frisco.
  • She continues to participate in culinary classes to further enhance her skills.
  • Her staff is well trained and professionally schooled in meal preparation and guest services.

Beverages are also included with each meal, including orange juice, coffee, tea, water, and soda.

Pricing includes all preparation and cleaning, so all you have to do is eat! Pricing is in addition to reservation charges and does not include 6.25% sales tax.

If you decide to not use our personal chef, feel free to use our kitchen to prepare your own meals.

Breakfast   Brioche French Toast: Brioche Bread Dipped in our Special Batter, Grilled and Served with Cinnamon Apples. Served with Scrambled Eggs and Crisp Bacon.

Southwest Stratas:
1. Mexican Sausage and Cheese Egg Casserole with Crispy Biscuit Bottom.
2. Sautéed Vegetables, Cheese and Eggs with Crispy Biscuit Bottom (vegetarian).
Served with Breakfast Potatoes and Fresh Fruit.

Served at 10:30am
Lunch   Cheesy Broccoli Cream Soup, Black Forest Ham and Provolone Panini with Roasted Red Pepper Aioli, French Fries and Spring Bleu Salad with Toasted Walnuts and Balsamic Syrup.

Dessert:
Fresh Baked Cookies.

Served at 12:30pm
 
Dinner Homemade Tomato Basil Soup. Large Pasta Shells Stuffed with Ricotta, Mozarella, and Fresh Spinach and Herbs, each Finished with a Homemade Meatball and Topped with Arrabbiata Sauce.  Served with a Fresh Italian Salad and Bread.

Dessert:
Fresh Baked Brownies with Raspberry Cannoli Cream

Served at 6:30pm
Roasted Pork Tenderloin with Caramelized Shallots and Jack Daniels Reduction. Sides Include Chipotle Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, a Green Salad, and Baked Rolls.

Dessert:
Homemade Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting.

Dinner Chicken Enchiladas Florentine: Chicken Enchiladas with Spinach and Portabella Mushrooms. Topped with Sour Cream Béchamel Sauce. Served with Mexican Rice and Burracho Beans. Also Includes a Green Salad Topped with Avocados and Roma Tomatoes, with a Cilantro Lime Dressing.

Dessert:
Banana Bread Pudding with Rum Sauce

Guest's Choice of Chicken or Shrimp Piccata with Angel Hair Pasta. Served with Lemon-Garlic Roasted Asparagus and Savory Italian Minestrone Soup. Includes a Fresh Italian Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette and Garlic Bread.

Cherries Jubilee over Vanilla Ice Cream
